Description

Procédés de la composition de deux remedes antivénériens.' Descriptions of the preparation and administration of two mercurial compounds for the treatment of venereal disease, by an anonymous surgeon, apparently from the French West Indies. The author refers (f. 1v.) to a patient in the Basseterre, Guadeloupe, and notes (f. 6r.) that his second compound can be prepared by 'le nègre le plus ordinaire en capacité ... avec un produit des colonies.'
