About this work

Description

Mostly of Pontecorvo's daughter Lisa, his wife, Leni, and family holidays and celebrations. Also includes photographs of flowers in the rock garden at the Potecorvo family chalet at St Luc in Val d'Anniviers and views and scenery in the surrounding area.

In addition to this there is also a series of slides from a picnis at Salome Waelsh's country house near New York in 1976. Waelsh (1907-2007) was a German-born US geneticist and co-founder of developmental genetics.

All slides are annotated with a description and a date.
