The members of the "fax club" wished to write an historical review of their campaign and the material includes Ferguson-Smith's manuscript notes on the history of gender determination at sporting events. Correspondence between Ferguson-Smith, Professor Arne Ljungqvist, Alison S Carlson, Dr Joe Leigh Simpson, Dr Myron Genel, and Professor Albert de la Chapelle, and Dr Louis J Elsas.
