Vermorcken (engravers?) and in manuscript in red ink '14 II 1542'. 18th century manuscript inscription on flyleaf: 'Colinas Damianus peeters woonende ten heiijse van monsieur de leijne meestor chirurgijn vimiero Greurbergen bij dendermonde'. Bookseller's stamp (purple ink) on t.p.: Ed. Pergens.
