A short talk to the workers at the E. M. I. Factory by Lord Horder with an introduction by Sir Robert McLean. McLean introduces Horder and mentions his achievements. Horder has been appointed to the board of E. M. I. in an advisory capacity for his interest in preventative health. Horder recommends the provision of work social clubs for the benefit of employees. Horder apologises for 'snooping' around observing the working environment and looking at people's faces.
