Description

Recipe book of the Lomas family, of Bollington, Cheshire, containing cookery and wine-making recipes, and some household and medical receipts At the rear of the volume are various menus and settings for dinners held in 1805-06 (ff. 74v. -86r. passim). On f. 91v. and inside the back cover is a list of birth and marriage dates (1774-1802) for the Lomas family.
