Notes

Stephen Bell comes from Redditch near Birmingham. He will be on the plinth representing normal people who aren't particularly creative or who hold a passion or knowledge of art. Is going up on the plinth to sort smarties out. His children have made a t-shirt for him. Was made redundant two weeks ago so is currently looking for work and hoping to find something that can support him and his adult family.
