Identical, except for p. [ii-iv] of the 'Syllabus' where the type has been moved up to admit 2 advertisements at end (I) for his 'Practical observations', 3rd ed. (headed 'This day were published', whereas another on t.p. verso of 'Lecture' gives 'Lately were published') and (2) for the 'Lecture', 3rd ed., with addition of 'Syllabus' and 'Description of forceps' specified; also the text has been slightly modified suggesting that a period of about 2 1/2 years had elapsed.

Copy 1 Note: Issued with A syllabus of lectures. [Including 'An account of the Westminster New Lying-In Hospital']--The description and use of a new forceps. Text has been slightly modified, e.g. in the statement mentioned above 'twelve' has been replaced by a blank space and 'fifteen' has been written in (suggesting that a period of about 2 1/2 years had elapsed). Bound in at end is the Gallandat letter, as before.
