24 September, 1925. Liverpool, James W Milne, of Cooper Brother & Co, to A R Chamberlayne, of Chamberlayne, Keene & Co, Pall Mall, headed "Chemical Merger" [5 sheets], referring to "the question of a Supplementary Agreement for the various sums to be paid to Sir Richard Cooper."

Carlton Gardens, London, L E Sykes to A R Chamberlayne [ 1 sheet], requesting his presence at "a Meeting to consider the points at present under consideration by the Legal and Financial advisers in connection with the completion of the Amalgamation, particularly as regards the question of avoiding taxation as far as we reasonably can."
