Notes

Amy Holdsworth is a 28 year old cardiology technician from Barnsley South Yorkshire. Having recently been diagnosed with breast cancer she would like to use her time on the plinth to raise awareness for this issue. In Liverpool she previously saw a project by Artichoke and signed up to their newsletter. It is through their email newsletter that she heard about the One and Other project and applied. On the plinth whilst wearing a pink ribbon that she made herself she is going to show her story via self-prepared cardboard cards. She will also be raising awareness using materials donated by Breast Cancer Care including a banner to hang from the plinth and leaflets. Her parents will also help by handing out leaflets on the ground. For this project she has made bunting which contains the names of everyone who has helped her.
