In consequence of a memorial from certain natives of Ireland to Congress, praying repeal of the Alien Bill; --containing-- an account of the proceedings which produced the memorial--the assault on the committee at St. Mary's Church.-- And the proceedings at the mayor's office, upon the argument of the memoralists.
