Notes

Interview with Richard Aldred conducted by Michelle Owoo. A photographer who is taking two cameras on the plinth with him - the first will be static to create a time-lapsed video, and the second will be a more general one used to take photographs. He intends to put the images on his website post One and Other. Aldred discussed his preference was to work at night, and although he felt the spot light would be a challenge in correlation to his photography whilst on the plinth, he was generally happy with his allocated slot. Additionally, he discusses how the bulk of his photographic work was originally in regards to concerts, but has more recently moved on to architecture and cityscapes. He also talks about his experiences of both analogue and digital camera as well the photographers who he admires, such as William Eggleston.
