Biographical note

The Consumers' Advisory Group for Clinical Trials was co-founded in 1994 by Hazel Thornton and taken over by Dorothy Fagge in 1999. It was a working group of clinicians and citizens whose main aim was to reduce morbidity and mortality in women with breast cancer. The group ran until 2001.
