Sujets de manipulations chimiques choisis en 1847 comme devant être donnés aux élèves de l'École Normale Supérieure et de l'École Polytechnique. Compiler's holograph MS., with a few entries by Pasteur's assistant Henri Debray [1827-1888]. Illustrated by a few small pen-drawings of chemical apparatus. Inserted is a holograph note (1 p.) of expenses for the Laboratoire de Chimie in 1852 by 'Mr. Debray, préparateur de Chimie'. Also an autograph note (1 p.) on note-paper headed 'École Normale Supérieure' dated 'Paris 15 janvier 1927' by Professor Pierre Léon Robert Lespieau [1864-1947], containing a short description of the MS. Produced in Paris.
