Notes

Janet Ann Jenkins is from Newport in Wales. She works as a nursery teacher and had just completed her first year of fine art degree. The plinth represents her as a person in the world, she is going to be herself on the plinth. She is going to communicate thoughts onto paper and give out plastic ducks to the public to send away and get back in contact with her from wherever they end up. She is going to make paper aeroplanes with messages on them.
