Description

Fragment of a work on materia medica and pharmacy: in French. The first part (ff. 1-35) contains notes on materia medica. Fol. 36 is headed 'Institutions pharmaceutiques, ou préceptes par lesquels on peut apprendre la voye et chemin qu'il fault tenir pour ce [sic] rendre bon appothicaire'. The date 1637 occurs on fol. 30, and on fol. 45v.

1 volume 47 ll. folio. 251/2 x 171/2 cm. Unbound. The beginning and end are wanting: fol. 32 is mutilated, and the first 8 and last 11 leaves are defective; stained throughout. A leaf before fol. 32 has been cut out.
