Notes

William Windram comes from Melrose in Scotland and is a solicitor. He is part of a Society of early Penguin books from 1935 onwards and is keen to promote the importance of books, especially old Penguin books. On the plinth he will be reading a few of the old Penguin books sitting in a deckchair.
