Lettering

Johan Bart. De faece plebis emergens praedo patriae ingratus. Reference

Creator/production credits

Apparently a Dutch print. The criticism of Bart for going over to France implies a Dutch point of view, and the lettering is similar to that on prints published in Amsterdam by Pieter Schenk (Schenck), e.g. his portrait of Johann Karl von Thüngen (Wellcome Library no. 810660i)
