Description

Letters written by Henry Wellcome while staying at the Villa Italia, Biarritz (notebook).
1-96 pages used. 96-100 are blank. Some pages were removed 8-10; NB There were 2 x page '71'
8 pages have been inserted at the beginning dated Apr 1906, originally numbered 1-8, these are indicated A1-A8 to differntiate from the main series of pages.
There are some examples of the carbon paper used for the copying process at the rear of this volume.

71[b]-73 re. 'Hi' abbreviation of a BW&Co employee, discussed his work.
74-77 re. K [Kirkpatrick]'s resignation also re. Mr Taylor's work [T referred to again p.77];
