Notes

Rachel Wardell is currently living in Sleaford in Lincolnshire but was originally from Newcastle. The project interested her as it is accessible to all and represents every day people and she wanted to inspire her own children. On the plinth she will be holding a large lollipop highlighting the NSPCC's helpline number.
