Notes

Mark Wallace is a 24 year old graduate from Belfast, he is a graphic designer who is trying to set up a company with a couple of friends. On the plinth he will be playing the price is right with the crowd using a large set of playing cards because he wants to involve the audience. He also wants people to contact him on the plinth via his Twitter account. He is going on the plinth to improve his confidence and to entertain people, he doesn't think it will have much of an impact, he just wants it to be fun. He believes that the project is an accurate representation of British society. He originally was interested in computers but at school the class wasnt full enough so he fell into the design side of computers and then realised he enjoyed it. He enjoys sketching, drawing and photography and tries to encorporate this in to his work. Many of his family and friends don't know what the project is about and think he is crazy.
