The voyage touches at Port Said and passes through the Suez Canal before calling at Padang, Batavia [Djakarta], Surabaya, various other ports in Java, Balik Passan (Borneo), Singapore, Port Swettenham (driving up to Kuala Lumpur) and Penang, then returning to Tilbury via Colombo and Suez.
