Notes

Frances Baker comes from Stoke on Trent. She is currently doing an art degree specialising in photography in Blackpool University. She would like to make a career as a photographer and hopes to move to London when she finished her final year. On the plinth she will be setting up a one woman festival - putting up a tent, listening to music and wearing her wellies.
