Notes

William Booth is from Scotland, but now lives in Kent. He wants to be involved because he liked how unique the project is. On the plinth he wants to turn traditional critism of art on its head, by throwing rotten tomatoes at those who critisize art, especially this project. He has appreciated the works of art on the plinth and enjoys visited the Tate Modern. He talks about his love of musicals and he tries to see one at least 3 times a year. He talks about his life how he grew up on a farm in Scotland before joining the Navy. He discusses travelling the world with the Navy. He talks about how the catering industry has been changed, he believes that everything is self service now and there is no need for chefs anymore. William talks about his travels and how tourism has changed many places but discusses the places that he has enjoyed the most.
