Notes

Lysiane Gilmour comes from Cheshire. She a mother of two, part-time worker going up on the plinth to raise awareness for the British Lung Foundation. Her father suffers from the lung condition so she is doing for him. On the plinth she will be wearing the t-shirt from British Lung Foundation, blowing up balloons and talking to the crowd.
