About this work

Description

Names of the thirteen patients and nine staff members and workmen present at 'Laying Foundation Stone of New Pauper Asylum'. The stone was laid and documents deposited by Trustee, Colonel Grierson. The prayer was said by a patient, Rev. James Power.
