<p>The people under the umbrella include a father and son, a mother and daughter, a young mother talking on a mobile phone, two teenagers and a woman healthcare worker. All wear the then fashionable American-style clothes and hairstyles. The law was introduced in the wake of the SARS outbreak to establish new procedures both for doctors and the public to take in respect of notification and isolation of cases in the event of epidemics of SARS, influenza, bird flu, meningitis, AIDS etc.</p>
