Surgeon petit, no. 1, Garter-Court, between the Man's Mercer, no. 12, and Tunbridge Warehouse, Castle-Street, Dublin, who has been for many years in the practice of physic, surgery and midwifery, has from his unwearied study and endeavours in his profession, he hath thereby being enable under divine providence, to perform many extraordinary and astonishing cares on disordered perso[ns] were by his care and prescriptions restored to their former health, and instead of several being obnoxious to, and a burthen on the public, became useful members of society, the truth whereof, he humbly refers to the affidavits and certificates of many who have been infallibly cured by him, after being turned out of hospitals as indurable, and still continues the poor gratis on been recommended.
