Notes

Anna Machel comes from Liverpool. She is a Library assistant who works in different libraries throught Liverpool. She is interested in communication and connection between people. As she likes writing while on the plinth is going to write postcards to people - she has 12 stamples and 12 postcards which she will write on the plinth and send out later. The postcards are actually catalogue cards from the Library she works in. Names are in hat and she will not know who will be gettng the postcards until she pulls them out.
