The living body.

Using the latest imaging technologies - medical footage, special effects and CD animation, this documentary shows the processes of a living human body from birth to death, from the inside. The programme begins with the birth of a baby girl. The development and survival of all aspects of her body are shown as she goes through childhood, into puberty, pregnancy, childbirth and into old age.
