Notes

David Charles Hooper comes from Bourne End in Buckinghamshire and is an amateur musician. On the plinth he will be playing the basson and explains he wants to raise awareness for this instrument whose use is in decline and hopes to raise money for the Musicians Benevolent Fund. He may play a few Bee Gees songs.
