Biographical note
The Caring Arts was a Bradford based initative based at St Luke's Hospital, which commissioned artists and designers to produce original and permanent works of art for selected sites in new build or refurbished hospitals. The Caring Arts was established in 1989 by the arts organisation Public Arts in association with Bradford Health Authority and Yorkshire Regional Health.
