    A GENERAL STATE WHITEHAVEN DISPENSARY, HE prevention of Contagious Difeafe, and the prefervation of the general health of the community, are the important objedts of Medical Charity. Whilft the fick are attended in their refpedtive abodes, the various Cafes of Surgery re- ceive every neceflary affiftance. The fufferings of the lower and moft numerous Clafs of people, from internal difeafe, or external injury, are either totally removed, or, in a great meafure, alleviated.
