Journal by Thomas Graham as assistant surgeon of HMS Warspite whilst stationed in the eastern Mediterranean, mainly based at Beirut, during the year 1845.

Copy of the journal on microfilm. The journal includes several sketches, notably of the temples at Baalbek, made in March 1845 (pp. 2, 24, 26).

Followed by a log kept by Graham between 1 January 1843 and 3 February 1844 recording Warspite's movements, which included a voyage to the West Indies and New York in early 1843, returning in June with the remains of Sir Charles Bagot (1781–1843), late governor-in-chief of British North America, and service in Portugal and the western Mediterranean in the winter of 1843/44.
