Face of a woman with unusually blue colouration of the conjunctiva

Watercolour drawing of the face of a woman, who had unusually blue colouration of the conjunctiva. She was admitted to the Hospital on account of a lacrymal fistula. The blue colour of the conjunctiva appears to have been due to the choroid shining though an extremely thin sclerotic coat.
