Notes

Paula Testa lives in Manchester but has lived in London for the last five month. She took up the role of Deputy Events Manager for the Project but didn't realised it was be mainly interviewing people. Has carried out an average of 400 interviews for the One & Other project. She is being interviewed to capture her insider perspective on the project. Themes discussed are involvement in the project, technical/practical elements of the interview, personal/emotional involvement, reflecting on the process of interviewing as a whole.
