Description

Black and white photograph of the hands of a girl affected with congenital deformity of the nails (onychogryphosis). The hands are of normal size and shape, but the nails project forwards and upwards from their matrices to the distance of one-half to three-quarters of an inch, so as to present the appearance of claws.
