    Radiographic Findings I Before Operation i Operative Findings No. VI. M. Male. Re- ferred by Dr. H. M. Fleck, Bridgeport, Conn. Operation, N. Y. Poly- clinic Hospital, Tan. 31, 1914. Adhesions of pyloric end of stomach; these may involve first portion of duodenum. Ileal kink. Kinked a[)pendix, presenting evidence of being adherent at tip ; the kink is evidently due to a hand or contracted portion of meso-appendix. Appendix, extending to left, large, distended with fecal mat- ter, adherent at about its middle, where it was twisted, but not to the point of obstruction. Adhesions l)elow ileum, lleo- pelvic band. Omentum extensively adher- ent to under surface of liver and pyloric region. Evidence of a few adhesions involving transverse colon. Mobile cecum. ^20
