About this work

Description

Hard-covered notebook (measuring 9" x 7"), commencing "14 Dec '51" with a single page of notes headed "D.N.A." on two- and three-chain structures.

The remainder of the notebook entries are dated 1954, and appear to be notes made from lectures attended. There is a brief syllabus on "Genetics" loosely inserted inside the cover, and a loose sheet of notes inserted at "1st lecture (Fri 8th Oct. '54) Sanger". A small card with typed details headed "F. Crick" is loosely inserted at "Friday 19th Nov '54" (notes concerning blood groups), and a loose sheet of "References to Enzyme Formation in Microorganisms" is inserted at "Wednesday 24 Nov 54".
