Redemption of the land tax. A complete abstract of the act of Parliament, passed June 21, 1798, in the 38th year Geo. III. For making perpetual, subject to redemption and purchase, the several sums of money now charged in Great-Britain, as an annual land tax. To which are added, observations upon the act; shewing the benefits likely to arise from the measure both to the public and to individuals; together with practical remarks, from which will be seen the facility of its execution to persons possessing every kind of estate.
