White about the readings of atmospheric electricity taken at Kew and whether these show any correlation with the prevalence of cholera (no.18) and 1 to the French mathematician abbé François Napoléon Marie Moigno (1804-1884) mentioning Ronalds' nephew the chemist Edmund Ronalds (1819-1889) (no.19).
