Kerr L. White first served on the new Executive Committee following the formation of IEA Council in 1964. His positions of Office in the IEA were as follows:

1964 - 1968 IEA Treasurer (first term);

1968 - 1971 IEA Treasurer (second term);

1971 - 1974 Council member

1974 - 1977 President;

1977 - 1981 Past President and Council member.
