Leprosy: lepromatous leprosy

Lepromatous leprosy This leprosy patient has marked loss of the eyebrows and eyelashes (madarosis). The eyebrows are often totally lost, but a complete loss of the eyelashes is rare. There is also some thickening of the facial skin.
