Minutes of the 13th Council Meeting of the WFOT held in Israel, 1978.

File also contains papers pertaining to the application of the Association of Chilean Occupational Therapists to upgrade their membership status from associate to full. These papers include correspondence between the Chilean Association of Occupational Therapists and the legislative committee of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists regarding negotiations and requirements to change the membership status and copies and translations of the byelaw decreeing legal acceptance of the association by the Government of Chile. This issue appears to have been discussed at the 13th Council Meeting.
