About this work

Description

Multi-sized beads (microspheres) tagged with different fluorescent colours. These beads are an easy test sample to prepare and image, and allow the microscope to be set up, adjusted and calibrated without needing to use a precious sample for this. The edge of an air bubble present in the mounting medium gives the strange comet tail effect. 200X image magnification.
