Owen Peter Roberts lives in Newcastle but originally from Scotland. On the plinth he will be reading a paper in a deckchair in his Newcastle United shirt with an a-frame shaming the current owner who has seen the team be relegated from the premier league. He works in the public sector as a Project Administrator in the Education Sector.
