Description

Watercolour drawing of the tongue of a man with an ulcerated squamous-celled carcinoma (epithelioma) of the right half. There was a central slough. The dorsum of the tongue was the seat of superficial glossitis and near the carcinoma was an area of typical ichthyosis.
