Notes

Paul Carine is originally from Liverpool but currently living in Yorkshire for the last fifteen years. He has just taken early retirement after working in Alliance and Leicester Bank. He is going to dedicate the hour to his grand-daughter, Belle, who has recently been diagnosed with verbal dyspraxia. On the plinth he will do four nursing rhymes using makoton signing. Makoton is a charity, a multi module signing programme, using signing, symbols and speech. He hopes to promote signing and understanding and has a flipchart outlining what he is doing.
