Description

Metodo Preservativo y Curativo de la Colera morbus dado por un facultativo del Pueblo de Amosoque. [Possibly produced in Amozoc de Mota, Puebla, Mexico.] Dated 7 September 1833. Popular remedies and directions for use during the 1833 cholera epidemic in Mexico. In the same hand and from the same collection of remedies as WMS/Amer.47, 48 and 55, with which it was originally bound; and possibly associated with one leaf of WMS/Amer.15. Perhaps from the remedy book of an hacienda.
