Transmitted to the late Commissioners for the Forfeited Estates of England and Wales, after the unnatural Rebellion in the North, in the Year 1715. Taken from an original manuscript of a Gentleman, who was the Principal Clerk to the Accomptant-General's Office, belonging to the said Commissioners.
